As part of EASTERN SKY, Cliff Hendricks brings a life spent serving in the church and singing. The son of a pastor, Cliff gave his life to the Lord at a very early age, and grew up singing with his family, supporting his Dad’s ministry.
His career began both in church and singing with various local groups in upstate South Carolina.

He sang with The Gospelairs, worked with The Believers, eventually completing seven years traveling with the Goodnewsmen Quartet, then two years with Safe Harbor Quartet

Cliff attended a number of “Old Fashioned Singing Schools” which taught the participants to sing by sight reading shaped notes. He also studied under noted vocal coach, Steve Hurst from Nashville, Tennessee.

In the past few years, Cliff has devoted his time to church music. He served as interim Minister of Music for several churches before accepting the full-time position as Minister of Music with Belvue Baptist Church in Travelers Rest, S.C.
